Veterans Day is an annual American holiday honoring all US military veterans from all wars.

Veterans Day is usually observed on November 11. However, if Nov. 11 occurs on a Sunday; then the following Monday is designated for holiday
leave purposes (day off from work), and if Nov. 11 occurs on a Saturday then either Saturday or Friday may be designated as the day off.
