This Thanksgiving foods coloring page shows an ear of corn. Corn was almost certainly part of the first
Thanksgiving feast, since the native Americans had taught the Pilgrims how to grow corn.

Thanksgiving Day, or Thanksgiving Holiday is presently celebrated on the fourth Thursday in November, has been an annual tradition in the
United States since 1863. It did not become a federal holiday until 1941. Thanksgiving was historically a religious observation
to give thanks to God, but it is now considered a secular holiday as well.
Today a fall harvest feast is one aspect of the traditional American celebration of Thanksgiving.
